Another season has quickly come upon us......and I could not be more excited! The fishing boats have their gear aboard and are headed back to sea to catch fresh seafood. The icebergs are showing up larger then ever with their peaks glistening in the sunshine. The days are getting longer and the creative culinary juices are flowing! Just yesterday Shane & I visited a local plant and bought fresh crab! Needless to say, our first tourist of the season experienced first hand freshness and my love for creating beautiful dishes. It was a magical day! We went in open boat to see the icebergs! The smell of the salt water rejuvenates my soul, so much that I can already tell, this will be a great season!
